We have a small community. 26 homeowners total. Two of the homeowners have decided not to pay association dues any longer and will not reply to the boards inquiries. Since the owners don't plan on leaving the neighborhood a lien doesn't seem to bother them. The association pays their water, sewage, lawncare, snow removal and insurance on the dwelling. What can the board do. SE Michigan residential area

I would recommend you check with MI law as to the ability of the association to take further action against the owners. In some cases an association can force the sale of the property for non payment of assessments.
